Unlike halogenated flame retardants that release toxic HBr or HCl gases during combustion, our silicon-based system achieves flame retardancy through a fundamentally clean chemistry: silicon-oxygen bonds form a protective char layer that blocks heat transfer and oxygen supply. The result is a high-LOI, anti-dripping, low-smoke FR that meets the most demanding global regulatory standards.

The product is available in two forms — a water-soluble liquid for textile finishing and liquid coating applications, and a solid powder for polymer compounding and dry-process applications. Both forms deliver equivalent FR performance and share the same core silicon chemistry.

💧 Water-Soluble Liquid

Designed for textile finishing (pad-dry-cure), FR coating formulations, and paper treatment. Easy spray or exhaust application. Ideal for cotton, linen, polyester-cotton blends. Compatible with water-based binder systems at pH 6–10.

🧪 Solid Powder

Designed for polymer compounding in PP, PE, PA, PVC, and engineering plastics. Directly blendable on twin-screw extruder. Used in wire & cable insulation, electronics housings, automotive components, and construction materials.
